Steigenberger Nile Palace

We arrived at the riverside bar Layali Zaman just as the staff were breaking their fast, and instead of focusing on themselves, they welcomed us with incredible warmth. They invited us to sit, share dates, and listen to the mosques as the call to prayer echoed along the river. Aziz and Omar showed such genuine kindness and generosity, it was one of the most memorable moments of our trip.

We came here for your a drink and food after a day at the valley of the kings and Ahmed and his colleague were lovely at the back bar! They gave us a number of cute animal shaped fruit surprises (and even gave my boyfriend the flower carved strawberry to give to me which got him brownie points) they were really welcoming and friendly! Would recommend to stay or come for a quick stop :) from England!

Excellent service, would highly recommend a stay here at Steigenberger Nile Palace. The restaurants are excellent quality and the bar outside is amazing! The staff are friendly and make you feel welcomed. Wonderful people, wonderful place😊.

Perfect for our overnight stay before a river cruise leaving the next day. It is a first class hotel in every respect. The breakfast provided was an outstanding buffet selection but still offering supportive table service. We did however leave the next day minus some clothing articles having left them in our room. We didn't realize anything missing for a few days when we contacted the hotel who confirmed that the items had indeed been found. Many thanks to Nardin who packaged them up and sent them to our home in Canada. Very much appreciated the extra effort.

This is our 3rd stay here and it has become our 2nd home. The Hotel is beautiful and all the staff are so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much for anyone and they go the extra mile, even bringing a pillow to my sunbed because my back was hurting. Mustafa the night Manager arranged a surprise birthday cake for me delivered to my room and then later in the day Omar the General manager arranged another birthday cake and for the evening entertainment to sing me happy Birthday. Ahmed from the outside Juice bar was always happy to have a chat and make what ever juice you wanted or he felt you needed for health. And both Ahmeds from the pool were always happy to help from moving the umbrellas to arranging other things for us. Sallah the concierge was also amazing and could not do enough for us. We will miss everyone until our next visit. It is like leaving family behind when we leave.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Steigenberger Nile Palace. Every part of our day was great. We enjoyed our room as well as all of the dining that we did at the hotel. To start, the breakfast was amazing and very extensive. It reminded me of being in Las Vegas, as the buffet was so big. The staff at breakfast was beyond accommodating. Yasmine making the eggs and omelettes as well as our waiter Mohamed Salah were spectacular. We also enjoyed both the Lebanese and the Italian restaurants. They were both very good and the service was excellent. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel as it has absolutely everything that you need. It is a great resort.

We stopped at the hotel for a drink before dinner. Ahmed was working in the Lounge bar and he made our visit special. He was so attentive and super friendly. A genuinely nice guy and the best bar man. He even put the football on for my husband. I would 100% recommend visiting.
