To hotel top management .. thank you for the continuous professional vision in managing the place .. in 3 days I could the loyalty of all staff .. everyone is thrilled to help before even asking. They make you feel that they are you and know your possible needs or requests . Most important the staff is empathetic. The hotel has a friendly environment. The food is very good. The security is clear and prompt. Maybe you need to put more emphasis on gardening and flowering making it more rich and vivid.

This hotel is truly magnificent. It has a wonderful decor along with a fantastic Nile view. The breakfast is stunning with a large range of food from chia seeds, nuts and yogurt to lovely spicy Jalapeños and cheeses, make sure to venture outside where you can have Turkish coffee and wonderful home made Egyptian bread made at the scene. The pool area is great, and the towel guys are very helpful. We went at the end of January beginning of February, which to them is winter, but being from the UK the weather was perfect. It was my birthday when we were there and without even telling the hotel they decorated my bed and sent me a birthday cake, this was a wonderful gesture which I was truly humbled by - thank you. The drinks and food are on a higher price range but the surroundings did make it worth it, you can venture across the road for cheaper beers and food but beware of the street vendors, taxis and horse men. We had a meal at the Thai restaurant which is inside the hotel and it was fabulous. All in all, it was a wonderful experience which I thought was very reasonable.

Amazing hotel, great service, room perfect, food good, overall a great stay. We booked a Nile view room, had a lovely balcony and was perfect to wake up to a view of the Nile and have coffee on the balcony while watching the balloons rise across the river. Highly recommend the upgrade. Pool area was lovely, well maintained, and looked after well by the staff from the bar. Service in the restaurant was brilliant, especially Mahood and round the pool area, Ahmed, both looked after us really well. Some general tips for Luxor as a whole :- Tips…you eventually get used to everyone expecting a tip, don’t be afraid to ignore them, keep small notes (100 or less for this) Taxis…don’t bother with their Apps, they don’t work. Agree a price before you get in, we were lucky that our first driver gave us his mobile number and we used him exclusively for the two weeks we were there, he was probably a bit more pricey but worth it, messaged him and he was there to pick us up 90% of the time within 10/15 mins. Any trips you go on (boat rides, horse and carriage) be aware that they will quote a price and then give you a hard time when you get off to double it…stick to your guns and pay them what they agreed. If you are unfortunate enough to get Egyptian Tummy (or Pharoes Revenge) go to the pharmacist and get some Antinal, the usual stuff doesn’t work. Overall Luxor is lovely, we struggled to find anywhere to eat other than the hotel, if you go across the river by boat there are some restaurants but we didn’t bother.

We stayed in this hotel because of its location as it is good for both the east and west banks. The hotel turned out to be a great find. Very helpful and nice staff. Great pool and Gum both of which o used. We ate at theee of the restaurants and they were all top quality and great service. would definitely recommend

I'm thankful for the people I met during my staying. Mr.Nasser the front office manager is a person who cares about every detail and a professional and cares about the guests and their experiences. Although I had some difficulties during my trip , The hotel team was helpful. and a special thanks to Miss Nardine . And that's a reason to stay there again, because "THEY CARE" . - My food experience was great - The bed is comfy - There's an option to book a Nile tour inside the hotel which I did and was great. - The bartender is friendly - there's jazz playing live every evening and I wish If I enjoyed it more - The door security was taking care of our safety as well. - I enjoyed being in international environment - It's an excellent place for conferences - very clean hotel always 24/7 and with all the languages I speak , спасибо 🇷🇺 Thank you 🇬🇧 شكرا.🇪🇬

From the service to the amenities, everything was exceptional. ​The Highlights ​Value for Money: I found an incredible deal on Agoda. This was easily the best 5-star experience I’ve had at such a reasonable price point. ​The Food: Do yourself a favor and book the breakfast inclusive rate. The variety is massive, and the quality is top-tier. Even the welcome drink upon arrival was a lovely, high-quality touch. ​Room & Service: I was lucky enough to receive an early check-in and a room upgrade at no extra charge. The views of the Nile were stunning, and the entire staff treated us with genuine care. ​Going Above and Beyond (Lost & Found) ​The true test of a hotel is how they handle problems. I accidentally left an item behind and traveled to a different city. The reception team handled it perfectly. They secured the item in "Lost and Found" and coordinated the logistics to get it back to me in another city. ​Special Thanks: I want to give a sincere thank you to Ms. Nardin. This is a beautiful hotel with lots of beautiful cultural experiences. Food is amazing and staff are very kind and polite. Ahmed makes an amazing coffee

Had a 10 day trip over New Year.my wife and I had a fabulous time particularly for the New Years celebrations.The food .entertainment and organisation was brilliant .Weather was a bonus as sunny and warm every day so a great winter holiday.
