Beautiful, clean hotel. Large size room. Exceptional staff who are always friendly and go above and beyond to help. Beautiful location. Several restaurants with good food and multiple vegan and vegetarian options. Definitely recommend!

Superb hotel in a superb location. The three a la carte restaurants are excellent (Thai, Italian and Middle Eastern) and if you book on a half board basis you get 20% discount (the buffet restaurant is included in the price), also twice a week the buffet restaurant closed and we could use the a la carte restaurants included (with a smaller menu). Can't fault breakfast, omelette station, fresh Egyptian bread, a huge block of honeycomb for your yogurt and lots of other choice. There's quite a variation in rooms, ours was very dated but some are modernised (I believe it's the Nile View rooms). The room was not spotless but it was perfectly clean were it mattered, bedding, bathroom, loo, etc, again I don't know how much of this was down to just being a very old room. The staff are wonderful, shout our to Hady and Mahmood in the bar, the cocktails were excellent and they will make them to your taste. Every member of staff we met was so lovely, another shout out to the lady in the spa who's name I sadly didn't get but what a beautiful smile! The spa is great, you get to book a private slot in the steam, sauna and jacuzzi, so you are not sharing with anyone else and the massages we both had were excellent! Snack bar by the pool served great food, the pool overlooks the Nile and the outside deck is the perfect spot to watch the balloons early morning or a cocktail watching the sunset in the evening. Taxis are right outside the door (and dirt cheap). We will definitely be back to this hotel.

Beautiful hotel, right on the nile. Their dinner and breakfast buffet are both excellent. Not for Indian taste, but lot of variety to make some choices. The view of nile and the view from the lounge is too beautiful. U spend hours staring. There are rooms with nile view, however we didn't get a room with a view. Wish we had more time to laze around. If u are doing luxor yourself, you can keep 2 nights here as there are so many places to do in luxor.

Ahmed was great he opened the hookah bar early just for us because we had leave at 4pm. The watermelon mint hookah was smooth and sitting by the Nile was a bonus!

Highly recommend this hotel in Luxor. It is very high quality, the staff are very friendly but professional, nothing is too much trouble. The hotel and rooms are very clean and we felt confident eating and drinking here. The food at breakfast was excellent and such a huge variety. We ate in the bars, two restaurants and had room service, all very good. There is bottled water in the room daily. The public areas are calm and spacious and the pool, breakfast restaurant and rear bar have views across the Nile. Some things we found: We used taxis to get to Luxor temple and the museum , both are very close, and the hotel staff at the door will sort these for you and stop the touts on the street from grabbing your custom. The hotel would arrange bigger, air conditioned cars for further afield, like the airport for a surprisingly good price . They had a tour desk that would arrange trips and guides if you wanted. We had ours in place where needed, but they suggested we go to Karnak by boat, which gave us a taste of being on the river. They arranged it and the boat picked us up at the hotel dock. This was a great way to travel. If your budget allows, book a room that faces the river. We had a side on view, which was enough and cheaper than the full river view suites.

We had a wonderful time as a family, with excellent service throughout our stay, and the pool was a true highlight that everyone genuinely enjoyed.

Amazing hotel, clean and tidy. Very helpful staff. Great view of the Nile, and beautiful sunset to watch from the bar! Plenty of choice for breakfast.
