Pueblo Bonito Mazatlan - All Inclusive

We are in our 40s and took a trip without our kids. We originally booked the sister resort at Emerald Bay (EB) - it is super old, outdated and really sad feeling. They graciously allowed us to move to PB Mazatlán. While it was a much better experience than EB, it was just okay. It was renovated, but seems more like "patched up." Definitely not a 5 star resort - more like 3. The mattress was probably the worst part. You can feel the springs - our backs were killing us. Antonio at the pool was wonderful but the drinks were very watered down, as they were all over the resort. The food at the hotel was mediocre. We were looking for more of an upscale, romantic getaway and this is not it. The overall vibe of the area is older Americans. We love that for them! Just not what we expected. Will not be back. If you go, bring a theragun for your back! You'll need it!

I have stayed at Pueblo Bonito Mazatlán every time I’ve visited Mazatlán. I truly love the beach and the food, and during this stay the staff was exceptional very friendly, attentive, and helpful. The only downside was the condition of the rooms. They don’t seem to be as well maintained as expected. I had to request a room change due to a mold smell, and although the hotel was renovated not too long ago, there are still several details in the rooms that make it feel like an older property. Overall, it’s a great location with wonderful service, but the rooms could use better upkeep.

It’s like coming home! After staying many times, our arrival is so welcoming! The staff-from bellboys to the front desk staff, to the waiters are all so friendly! Also, Patty goes out of her way to make sure everything is perfect! She is awesome!! We await our return every year!! They are the Best!!!

The food and service were top notch. Alfonso Tostado was our server. He was very friendly and took very good care of us. We highly recommend this restaurant.

Love the cleanliness and service offered by the resort. The rooms are meticulously maintained and so are all the public areas. Breakfasts are s highlight to start your morning. Wanted to mention Antonio Perez for his attention to detail and amazing service.

We love staying at Pueblo Bonito Mazatlán. We look forward to playing volleyball with the staff organized by CDI They always make us feel welcome. We had a great time.

My husband and I stayed at PB Mazatlán the week before Christmas. We came with two other couples and had a great stay. We plan to come again. The food in the restaurants and by the pool was very good. The accommodations were suitable and well kept. It wasn’t crowded the week we were there and the weather was amazing. Patti at the front desk was always nice and helpful with any questions we had. We sat by the pool daily and always tried to sit in Oscar’s section because he is the best. He treated us so well and is amazing at his job. We will be back next year. Thank you!

Pueblo Bonito Mazatlan is an absolute gem resort, the best beach and employees. Oscar at the pool is the nicest, kindest person. You feel like a vip in his section, his service is impeccable. Patti at the front desk is a true professional and goes the extra mile for all the guests. PB should be very proud of how they are represented.

Jordan at the activites center is the best. He made the experience so much fun with all the games by the pool. He is super friendly and funny. Had the best time really recommend!

Had such a great time at Pueblo Bonito Mazatlan Beach Resort with my family. Food was awesome, staff was so friendly especially Jordan he will beat anyone in ping pong 🏓 such a great place to spend Christmas 🎅
