SKBig spacious rooms, nicely equipped kitchen with ceramic cooktop, everything clean, nicely decorated, with ocean view. Property close to nice sandy beach. Nights were quite (no parties, etc...).
Speed bumps on access roads and in garage were huge...

Room 204P badly needed renovation with smelly old carpets, an outdated bathroom., and air con that needed servicing. Apart from the mould smell in the rooms, we had to also tolerate cigarette smoke wafting from neighbouring rooms which made the situation almost intolerable. Even though we complained to the neighbour several times , they continued to smoke. We reported it to security, but nothing was done. Kitchen could have been better equipped with stainless steel pots and pans instead of cheap cookware. There was no cutting board and lacked basic cooking spices...We were promised garden views when booking, yet the balcony overlooked the car park. The apartment was serviced only once during the seven days and was over-priced. I would rate it as 2 star accomodation, with four star prices.
THUSI didn’t know what to expect and I got so lucky with this property. Unit was clean and comfortable and well equipped. The staff at this facility is superlative. I can’t praise them highly enough. You can’t beat this location in Kihei. Given a choice I would come back here every year.

Nice property in great location near Wailea and all the good snorkeling beaches there. Nice updated studio. Nearby restaurants and right across the street from the beach.
CALocation from the beach and entertainment was spot on. Convenient parking fabulous staff and great atmosphere. The landscape within the property just definitely makes it a part of paradise.
