Great atmosphere. great service

It was alright 1st time, pretty laid back. Drink service was cheap, bartender always went for the cheap liqour. Room was great , Food was average. Not much entertainment at all, one night they had something in the theater which lasted 20 minutes, I give my 1st visit a 6/10

The Barceló Mismaloya still the Jewel on Mismaloya. What a great experience In a wonderful location. The service is outstanding. Friendly professional and fun. Koodos for Apolonia for food and drinks all around, Karen on the premium lounge and Denisee on the pool all of them made our time there a wonderful experience. Tons of activities available and a very quiet and beautiful location. Thanks everyone.

Moises Rodriguez went above and beyond to not only make my entire family feel welcome but the genuine care and sincere positivity made our time at Barcelo special. Whether it was a quick friendly conversation or top tier drink service it was always a joy to see Moises. We look forward to coming back!

Nice resort, great staff; decent food and drink for the price. There was not much close to the resort for cultural exploration or night life (if that's your thing) it was a fairly long ride into Puerta Vallarta for services, car rental etc. We love Mexico so we are easy to please and appreciate the laid back Mexican approach, your experience may differ if you come with luxury expectations and a prima donna attitude.

I am extremely impressed with this hotel and its competitive price point. It is situated in a beautiful natural cove offering stunning views. The quality of the food was excellent, and the service was outstanding. There are numerous local attractions to explore during the day, as well as various bars and restaurants for entertainment in the evening. The pools were exceptionally clean, and the property appeared to be well-maintained. We look forward to returning.

Moises Rodrigues was our best server by far. Very personable and easy to get along with. Interacted with our older special needs son and made him feel welcome and included!

Over all the resort has great staff but the food quality is very low and they have only one small bar for two very large buildings and they have four alacart restaurants but every day one is closed

There was a few time we had to call the front desk to get new towels for our room. Hotel was pretty clean for the most part Atmosphere was hit or miss some days. Location was good but too many boats just sitting on the water ruined the view of the ocean. We had a server name Moises, he went above and beyond. You could tell he took pride of his work, great server! Not only with us but with other guests as well! Awesome guy! Give him a raise!!

It’s been an amazing trip so far all the staff are amazing people. Moises Rodriguez has been an absolute pleasure to be served by always smiling remember my name just a great gentleman thanks to him and all the others for there fabulous service
