Surrey Inn Ashland

It sucked a dog beside our room barked all night the check out next morning their was no one at the front desk people at the motel said they got in a car & left. Will never stay there again & will never recommend any one stay there.

Cheap place to hang your hat for a night, but the mattress was pretty bad, couldn't get to sleep

Disappointing continental breakfast

Check in was quick and easy. I was informed of continental breakfast from 6-9. Upon room inspection I discovered the in room fridge was not working so called front desk. They sent a young lady to come check it out and upon her inspection she stated it was not working. I requested a working fridge and she said ok and left. One hour later when I left for dinner I again requested a working fridge. Sadly I never received a working fridge so turned bathroom sink into a cooler. Breakfast was NOT continental. Choice of milk or coffee. Two different cereals and two different muffins. This was just sad. Checkout was just dropping keys in a basket because there was no attendant. Very disappointed overall

Anytime I stay here there is never a microwave or refrigerator in my room. When I ask staff they are always unsure where to get one for me and never check the other rooms. I feel like for $70 a night there should always be a microwave and fridge in every room that's working. Didn't have a tv remote had to ask front desk for one.

For a one night stay it's close to Ashland U and bed was comfortable but very dated, old key locks, no amenities, small TV, no one available at desk regularly.

We arrived to check in n no one was at desk we rang both bells that was on the counter no one came...then we called the hotel n the phone was behind the desk n went to voice mail ....no one came so after 45 min. A lady came in n went got some lady out of a room to check us in and they asked us where was the manager? We dont know we have a reservation all we want to do is check in we drove down from michigan n we are tired ....no breakfast was available as it said no drinks .... Will not stay here again ..

Worst hotel ever not friendly everything is broke

Toilet was full of urine and toilet paper. The rest of the room seemed clean enough. Possibly staff oversight.
