The only positive experiences I had at the property were at Francesco’s Italian Restaurant and the spa, along with the assistance from management. At Francesco’s Italian Restaurant, Orlando truly made the experience exceptional from start to finish. The service was outstanding, and I really enjoyed my meal, especially the salmon and Mediterranean salad. What made the experience even more special is that Orlando brought out a birthday cake for me and my friend and sang to us in both English and Spanish. That level of hospitality made the evening memorable and was one of the only highlights of the entire stay. I also had a wonderful massage provided by Ericka at the spa. She was highly skilled, professional, and provided one of the best massage experiences I have had. I was very pleased with her service and attention to detail. In addition, I want to acknowledge the Guest Service Manager, Óscar, who made a genuine effort to address and resolve the multiple issues I experienced throughout my stay. While there were many problems during the trip, he consistently attempted to help and improve the situation in a professional manner. I would rate all three individuals, Orlando, Ericka, and Óscar, a 10 out of 10 for their service. They stood out as the only positive aspects of the experience and should be recognized for their professionalism and customer care, and ideally considered for some type of incentive or recognition for their excellent service.

From May 14 through May 18, I stayed at GR Solaris Lighthouse Los Cabos All Inclusive, and this was honestly one of the worst resort experiences I have ever had. I booked this trip through Booking.com and paid full price, totaling $1,183.83. Upon arrival, I genuinely felt misled because the photos advertised online look nothing like the actual resort. The images on Booking.com present a four-star luxury experience, but in reality the property fell far below expectations in service, food quality, cleanliness, maintenance, and overall hospitality. This resort is located in San José del Cabo, approximately 30 to 40 minutes from Cabo San Lucas. If you plan to travel between the two areas, Uber rides were consistently around $40 to $50 each way during our stay. Taxi fares can be higher, but we only used Uber. Transportation costs add up quickly and should be planned for in advance. The issues started immediately at check-in. After receiving our bracelets, I went to concierge for help arranging airport transportation. The employee initially appeared friendly, but the moment I said I was not interested in a timeshare or Vacation Club presentation, his attitude changed completely. He even stated he expected guests to attend so he could get paid. After I declined, he became dismissive, disrespectful, and refused to assist with arranging airport transportation. That request was completely ignored. I then went to the front desk, where I was redirected back to concierge even though they already knew I had been refused assistance. Because of this, we ultimately had to arrange our own Uber for airport transportation. One clear issue throughout the stay was the difference in treatment between full-paying guests and timeshare promotional guests. Paying guests should never feel ignored or penalized for declining sales presentations. We were later upgraded to a different room, which they referred to as a “penthouse beach view.” The room number was 3592.

"Very nice but maybe avoid the seafood"

This is a recently renovated hotel and you can tell. Everything was clean and beautiful. The drinks were excellent and the food was pretty good. My favorite part, of course, was the staff. They were friendly and accommodating and had no problems helping us out. I had never been to Mexico before and so I needed help with arranging airport transportation and they did that for us at a far price.

There were 2 restaurants that we booked reservations for. We made one for the Italian one on Monday and had great service. The food was great, but I had the seafood risotto and I had GI issues for about 2 and 1/2 days. It kinda ruined the all inclusive-ness of all the trip, because I was constantly running to the bathroom, had no appetite, and only wanted to drink water and sprite instead of the pinas coladas I had been craving for weeks.

No hay sombra en la playa, cucarachas, zonas como baños comunes y plafones sin mantenimiento, aun cuando pagas el 100 %de la tarifa , hay zonas exclusivas para socios como asoleaderos y restaurantes, no es correcto.
