La comida deliciosa! Tienen opciones gluten free y acordes a las necesidades particulares de cada quien. Super bien ubicado. Amplia gama de amenidades. El personal es muy amable

"Very Good"

Nice room, nice beach and pools. Decent kids club. There is food almost every hour of the day.

Food isn’t great. At the buffet is reasonable but not very good. At restaurants dishes very small and just ok mostly. One elevator for all (second doesn’t work)

Nuestra estancia en este hotel fue maravillosa de principio a fin. Las instalaciones son bonitas, limpias y muy bien cuidadas. El restaurante italiano fue nuestro favorito y nos encanto la sesion de fotos con Max en la piscina. Lo mejor de todo fue el increíble staff, siempre amable y atento. Queremos destacar a Mariana en recepción, Diana en el buffet, Jesus en el restaurante, Fernando en animación y Arturo que se encargo de nuestro equipaje, quienes hicieron nuestra experiencia aún más especial. Tambien queremos destacar que elegimos la excursión de snorkel y quedamos encantadas con la tripulación del barco, nos trataron genial y comimos super bien. Sin duda, recomendamos este hotel al 100% y volveríamos encantadas.

La comida es un aspecto a mejorar. Nos hubiera gustado más variedad y más opciones para veganos/vegetarianos. Recomendaríamos que lavaran los vasos de plástico de las bebidas en el lavavajillas.

Location, pools, roomy, relaxing, staff, facilities, value.

It seems they tried to put too many things on the buffet which made it a bit overwhelming. But it must be very difficult to cater to so many people.

"Great stay, calm and relaxing atmosphere. Amazing landscaping for a beautiful view."

-Landscaping was PERFECT, whoever your landscaper and gardener are, please keep them! Flowers, grass, palm trees were beautiful. -Very quiet, relaxing atmosphere. -Pool activities and night shows. -Lounge area near the bar, very nice view.

-Staff was kind, but one person servicing a long line of customers made us wait up to 15 minutes for our drinks... Please improve the bar part (including pool), especially during peak hours. -Salespeople trying to sell the membership, they are a little too pushy. We just wanted to relax not hear a salespitch on our honeymoon. -There was only one elevator and it looked like it needed urgent maintenance. We even got stuck for a few seconds one day.
