Great food, sea views, excellent service. A great way to relax.

Restaurant booking had a strange system but don't worry about that, there is plenty of variety.

Great location, the staff was incredibly friendly and efficient, especially the bell hopper guys. quiet atmosphere, the pools are great! Fernando is the best, never a dull moment overall had a great experience.

My wifi wasn’t really working in my room. i wish they had more authentic Mexican food options and more kids options for food.

Location was great. Walkable to town, on the beach. Wonderful sunrise!

You had to get up before sunrise to reserve a spot at the pool or you would not get one. If you’re a member, you get access to other areas that aren’t so crowded. Lots of reserved areas & seating for members, tough if you’re not a member. Food was just ok. Breakfast was good, lunch buffet was ok, dinner buffet was not great and the one restaurant we tried the food was not worth it, and if you’re not a member you get a different menu. We’re foodies, and were pretty disappointed. We ended up going to dinners in town. Overall, the staff was not very welcoming. Our expectations of general hospitality at an all-inclusive resort were not met. It seemed the first response to any of our questions was “no”. For example, we asked if we can bring our plates to the pool, the answer was “no”, yet other people were bringing their plates to the pool. So I guess you’re just supposed to do what you want and not ask, which doesn’t feel great.

The pools are beautiful, and loved all the flowers and plants around the grounds. Staff were excellent. Breakfast was great, lots of fresh fruit, crepes and delicious chilaquiles. Nice and chill, not a party resort but lots of fun.

Aside from breakfast, the rest of the food throughout the resort was very mediocre. We stayed three nights and were only permitted one restaurant reservation, which was disappointing.

The pool is nice. The rooms were clean. The staff was friendly.

Outside of the specialty restaurants and the Friday night party, the food was very mediocre. It’s a pretty tired resort, and needs some freshening up. The air conditioner in our room was super loud. The towels are very old.
