Soy mexicana, hablo español y inglés, pero le dan más prioridad a los extranjeros. Está bien pero debe de ser la misma atención a todos los clientes.

The room was very spacious and well-lighted, as was the bathroom. Nice balcony. The large pool was magnificent. The grounds were well kept and well lighted. Located close enough to town to walk there.

Worst coffee we've ever tasted. Coffee was available at breakfast but not at lunch or dinner, something we've never encountered before in comparable lodging. Buffet food and drink were, as advertised, unlimited--quantity over quality. The cuisine at the Mexican and Italian dining halls was undistinguished. A strange experience once afternoon: A group of obese, inebriated guests in the pool by the bar, demanded that the D.J. play only what they kept shouting as "white music," i.e. Country-Western, to which they swayed in the water and sung along. The building we were in had two elevators. One was out of order the whole week we were there. The other broke down for a day, requiring guests to use the dimly lighted stairwell. One guest on our floor was in a wheelchair. There were wear-and-teat issues and a paucity of toiletries. Our impression is that the resort has some nice attractions but is under-capitalized. Property was clean and well Maintained. They also had a String duo called Mire Strings one night and they were amazing. We loved going up into the sky Bar after dinner. We also like the Mexican Restaurant.

The food was terrible at the buffets and you couldn’t get a reservation online. Someone told me that they had to go to the front desk to get a reservation. We only got into the Mexican Restaurant. Also, some restaurants aren’t open everyday which also makes it hard to get a reservation because the hotel was packed. They also allow people to place towels on the pool lounges to reserve them. Every morning all the Lounges were taken and they wouldn’t show up till the afternoon.

El buffet de desayuno un poco pobre de productos No habia leche caliente, solo habia pan molde, no habia ma tequilla con sal , ni mermeladas Ni para almuerzo y cena habia estacion de pastas Y la atencio. Del buffet muy mala la atencion Mucha diferencia entre gringos y latinos Nos atendieron pesimo.los garzones

Members were prioritized and had exclusive use of some restaurants at certain times of the day, 1 of the 3 pools, 2 of the bars and the first choice of rooms. Buffet food was disappointing None of the ice machines in the buildings were working and a number of elevators were out of order Previous stay 11 months earlier was much better
