The only positive is that we were upgraded to an executive suite and it went downhill from there

Orlando Morals, Delfino and Pablo have helped my stay be awesome! Felix, Roberto, Fernando at the main pool are ah-mazing! along with Riber, Alvaro, Erick, Humberto, Juan, Sebastian, Christian, Ulyssies, Angel AND Alan Gamboa, Gladis, Miguel Perez

Jaciel O, Joel, and Yenso were all amazing at sending us off back home. Our whole trip was once again fantastic mainly because of the location and the staff. Fun times were once again had by all.

Warm and well trained staff is a big plus. Facility is well designed with lovely landscaping. Nice view from the beach. Free shuttle between the resorts.

Bathroom is quite outdated , like the shower and hair dryer. TV in our suite is damaged with bright spot and black line. No slippers provided in the room. Asian food is not authentic. quite loud at pools and restaurants . After check out, we are informed only resort taxi can take us out of the resort instead of walking to main entrance for 30 mins with luggages. We were advised to take a resort taxi to resort rose which is on the way to airport and from there switch a uber. Although hotel staff told us the taxi driver take credit card but when we got off , the taxi driver said cash only and the prices for getting to main entrance ( our initial plan) and getting to another resort are indeed different. The uber price from both places to airport are the same. We were in short of 2 dollars for taxi driver at end and had an unpleasant negotiation as I didn’t want to go to ATM for 2 dollars cash which costs 8 euro fee. But the resort rose staff was kind and did help during the negotiation with driver.

Our trip to Sunset Pueblo Bonito Sunset was from 05/20/2026 to 05/27/2026 We had a great time and want to point out that our visit was made even more amazing by the excellent staff at the bars and pools, Freda, and the market. At the Market, we had the pleasure of being taken care of by Rosalindo at the bar and Erndido and Barliet. Their attentiveness and awareness of our needs made every meal and drink! very enjoyable. At the after during keriokie nights we met Carlos, Ange,l and Frank! These guys know how to keep the party going and make sure we all have a very pleasant and enjoyable time! drinking and trying to sing...LOL! Angel created a drink for us on the spot, calling it "El beso de angel." Frank's voice is so great, I wanted him to sing all night long! We spent most of our days at the adult pool (near the kids' zone), and there we met Ignacio and his crew. All of these different crews, along with Ignacio, were attentive and went the extra mile for us. At the surf and turf dinner, we met Ulises and Bertin, and at the steak house, we met Carlos. At Freda's, the staff once again were amazing. Chef Anaisa Guevara's dishes are truly inspiring and delicious! On our way to the Blac and the Rose we met bus driver Cesar! He is just too much fun and joy to ride along with. At the Blanc hotel, we met Leo at the pool! He met our needs with attentiveness and promptness. One incredible time was when Luis took us to visit the old lighthouse! Boy, was this incredibly amazing! We have been timeshare owners in Sunset for several years now, and this was the first time we made it to the lighthouse! What an amazing experience! Cabo is always great, yet what makes it an incredible experience is the PEOPLE who work there! Thank you all for the great service you gave us all :)
