I had planned a trip here and had to cancel with plenty of notice. I was told that I would get a refund in 7 to 15 days. It is now four months later, and I still do not have a refund. I have contacted them several times and they keep informing me that they are going to escalate this.And someone should call me back within 1 to 2 days. After several months and several phone calls, I still have not been called back. And I still do not have a refund.

El complejo es bonito y la comida ok ,

la.ubicacion no.es.buena mas q por la vista pero no hay accesos a nadar en el mar ...es peligroso.. nos tocó habitación arriba alberca con mucho ruido d fuesta de bodas ... las habitaciones por dentro bien , muy comodas , las albercas frías y la del Sky pool cerrada por otras bodas... demasiado gringo el ambiente... ruidoso y albercas llenas.. si quieres fiesta y beber sin limites esta bien.. familiar no lo veo.. al salir re cobran 300 pesos por llevarte a la caseta a tomar un uber [no los dejan entrar.. ]
