Lovely old building in great location with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Parking in courtyard available at an additional 10 Euros/ night which was useful for one night.

We were on top floor with only a lift to first which was tricky with heavy luggage. Rooms on this floor also in need of updating.

Mooi hotel, goede locatie en vriendelijk personeel. Er was een parkeerplek voor ons (moet je wel reserveren) maar dat was perfect zo midden in het centrum.

Niks alles was perfect

Rooms are lovely and clean, and well positioned. Lift to first floor great The bar area is great and a nice place to sit, relax and have a rink Location is ideal Did not have breakfast as it didn’t represent value for money

Could do with more staff. Difficulty entering courtyard and checking in. Unable to locate anyone.

We have stayed at this hotel before as it is so close to the main squares of Arras, the railway station (which takes you to Lille, Lens, Le Touquet, etc) and has good parking.

The rooms are a bit noisy as with old windows, especially in the morning when other guests are leaving but that is not the hotels fault but rather the inconsiderate people!!
