"Very good for an overnight stay"

The room had everything needed and the bed was very comfortable. Good shower. Good buffet breakfast

The hotel generally looks very tired and dated. Needs an upgrade, particularly the carpets.

"Ideal location in the centre of Arras."

In the centre of the city but not noisy at night. Very comfortable big bed and a big bathroom with a good shower.The staff were very helpful and there was a good selection of items at breakfast. We reserved a parking space which was very convenient and safe.

It’s was tricky to use my suitcase as there wasn’t much room around the bed (I’m sure that was given in the description but I missed it)

Great location and safe pre booked parking. Large room - very clean bathroom and separate toilet. Food good at breakfast- ate out in evening.

l'hotel est en hyper centre, dans une bâtisse ancienne, j'adore séjourner dans des lieux qui ont eu du charme et une histoire! Le personnel est aux petits soins, excellent accueil et service. La literie est très confortable. J'ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour.

La localisation de l’hôtel et le charme général du lieu

Des lits réalisés bizarrement où le matelas est visible et l’absence d’alaise qui interroge sur l’hygiène générale. La présence d’un chariot de linges sales d’en bout de couloir et la présence d’un aspirateur pendant la soirée dans le salon interrogent sur le management de l’hôtel
