Hotel LIVVO Volcán Lanzarote

Great hotel and location. Staff were mixed. Reception and cleaning staff very friendly and helpful. But restaurant staff quiet rude. A few things not open or broken. We wanted to use the gym but both running machines weren’t working. The squash court was also shut. Rooms were spacious but be careful when booking we booked a double room but it was 2 singles pushed together that were sliding about the floor and an uncomfortable gap in the middle. Not ideal.

What an amazing place! From check in to check out everyone we encountered were so friendly and willing to help. I have tried to remember names but seriously, everyone deserves a mention! We stayed Volcan Club and what an experience. We stayed B&B, the tables are set up with cut glass and such a calm atmosphere. There is a wide range of cereals, milks, fruit, yoghurt and cold meats, and probably something I have missed 🙄. Then there is the breakfast menu! Service is excellent. The open bar was a good experience and even had smarties lol 😂. The Club pool area is so clean and well kept, along with very comfortable sun loungers. The pool bar and the menu was excellent. Valerie looked after me with taking our food to the room which I am immensely grateful for. Room’s are very comfortable and spacious , housekeeping do a fantastic job! This was the most relaxing holiday we have had. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t kind, it didn’t spoil the holiday. The two bars near the main pool are great and price wise very good ( pizzas are so tasty) and the menu over the small bridge, tasty! Would we return? Yes, we landed yesterday 14th and today we have booked to return. If I have missed anything, sorry lol. You will not be disappointed.

Room was nice, welcome from reception also very ok and facility overall very decent.

The room wasn't properly cleaned. The cleaning lady that came to change our mattress at the beginning of the stay broke the welcome glass of cava and didn't replace it. The tea/chamomile bags were not replaced after use. The spa was literally disgusting, with mold in the sauna and staff checking the level of chlorine in the pool entering with sneakers in the swimming pool itself.

Breakfast was lovely loads of different areas spa was lovely

Pool bar drinks served not very hot or nice

Staying in the Adults only area as usual. It was the usual good standard

Could do with new "larger" towels in the bedrooms.

Staff exceptional. Very clean and high quality hotel in great location

House keeping could have been more consistent but overall good standard
