három személyre foglaltam lakosztályt de nem volt három ágy, csak egy francia és egy kanapé! egy főnek a földön kellett aludnia egy napig mert nem volt pótágyuk! Nagyon kelletlen volt a recepció vezetése , nem oldották meg rögtön a problémát hanem tologatták, hogy majd lesz valahogy! Nem biztosítottak emeleti panorámás lakosztályt pedig azt igényeltem! Már negyedik alkalommal jöttem ebbe a szállodába Európából és eddig nem volt probléma soha!A fogadó személyzetnek jobbnak kellene lenni! A hotel taxisai nem korrektek, a megegyezett árnál mindig többet követelnek! Azért legközelebb is ide foglalok! Üdvözlettel: Fejér Nándor ( Hungary )

"Beautiful beach, but poor hospitality, unfriendly staff, and an overall disappointing guest experience."

The beach is absolutely beautiful, with crystal-clear water and one of the best locations in Negril. The grounds are well maintained, and the resort itself has great potential. The food quality was generally good, and the rooms were comfortable.

The hotel does not seem well organized or properly prepared to deliver the level of service expected from a resort of this category. Guests receive very little information about what is happening around the property, and many staff members appeared unfriendly, uninterested, or annoyed when asked for assistance. I also experienced a room issue involving a cockroach, and the response was very slow. The most disappointing incident was being rudely confronted by a restaurant manager regarding the dress code. Overall, the hospitality fell far below expectations.

"The hotel did not feel authentic. I wish I had stayed in a Jamaican owned hotel."

It was a nice location

The room we were allocated when we first got there was on the second floor with no lift and myself and my husband are pensioners. We had to pay another £200 to be relocated to a ground floor room. I also didn’t like how the locals were banned from their own beach in their own country.

The misinformation between booking.com and the RIU Palace tropical bay. My booking was totally mishandled by booking .com What I paid for wasn't what I got. My expectations and enjoyment were not met by Booking.com
