Perfect location as quiet area but still very close to bars, beach and shops. Amazing pool, great breakfast. I recommend upgrading to the level which is like a vip area. Well worth paying abit extra.

El personal del hotel es una maravilla. Te tratan de 10. Angel, Paula y William en cafetería Nacho y Anas en animación. El personal de comedor con Eva y Lara. Y coordinando Martín que es un crack. Las habitaciones siempre limpias y en perfecto estado gracias a Maria Lara... Sentirse como en casa es poco decir.

Mucha sombra y muchas hamacas en la piscina

Las habitaciones sucias (todas , éramos un grupo y cogimos 6) además de viejas, y mal olor en los pasillos. Mucha espera para los ascensores

Me gustó la zona de la piscina es bonita grande y agradable, además los animadores de la piscina muy amables

Las camas y los cojines súper incómodos, He tenido que pedir cita en el fisio después de estar de vacaciones, increíble!!!!!! El buffet…… cada día peor que el anterior. La animación de las noche se la podrían ahorrar porque vaya tela… La gente en especial los extranjeros, no saben convivir y se la pasan haciendo burradas en la piscina molestando al resto, a parte de ser unos guarros sacándose los mocos en la piscina

Nos ha gustado mucho en general todo el hotel. El buffet es extraordinario no le falta detalle. Una persona con algún tipo de intolerancia podría comer perfectamente, e incluso veganos.

No hay nada que criticar en este punto.
