It was great other than the bed a lil hard but overall great stay

Female wouldn't let me check in even after i showed proof of reservation. She said she didn't know how to work anything. Then just left the building. It took me 3 hours to find a place for my family to stay .

It’s a quite place with great customer service.

This property was missing alot of amenities, when I chwcked in the room had no sofa, the toilet was leaking, and the stovetop only 1 burner worked, which made cooking a longer process than normal. I was told it would be fixed, and it was never fixed, so I checked out of this location and had to find better accommodations!

I honestly didn’t stay beyond the first night. I went ahead and counted that loss. The carpet was wet, which gave the room a terrible odor, so I said “let’s open a window” yeah jammed some metal hook holding the curtains up as I was sliding them open. The towels are hand towels not even a standard size bath towel, the kitchenette was raggedy and didn’t stay together. I ruined food cause the fridge was broken and didn’t retain its coldness.. ow do you have a smoking room and no ashtrays .. I don’t even see how this place is full as it is tbh I’ll stick to red roof lol I promise I learned my lesson. Good luck tho

The room was just what they said when I got there - extended stay (more like a 1-room apt with a dinette/kitchen-n-bathroom). Small, but comfy if you like small. Before you get the room, ya gotta sign a COVID-19 waiver. In a nutshell, keep yourself-n-the place CLEAN. Aside from some check-in 'anomalies', it was ok for me. I slept good, which worked for me...

It was comfortable

Roaches in the bathroom, walls dirty, carpet dirty, moldy smell, chairs staired from dirtiness, only one tv in the suite, door would not secure properly (Room 103). Go inspect it cooperate. Do an unannounced walkthru but you maybe already know the unsatisfactory conditions of your Establishment. The place so dirty and filthy my baby got sick. Took in to urgent care 4 days in a row. On the 7th day we had to leave and find another place to stay since i could not get a refund until i stayed one week.

The front desk staff are great! They were quick, responsive, and very friendly...but the hotel is more of a boarding house. People live there full time and the place isn’t kept up properly. The roaches are a serious problem! Only stay if you’re desperate, try to avoid if possible

The location is perfect for a family traveling to several spots in the Atlanta Metro Area. Driving minutes from SunTrust park, Olympic park, GA Aquarium, SixFlags Whitewater, Kennesaw State University, Chatahoochee River, Downtown Marietta Square and many more. The hotel is within walking distance to a shopping center where you can find groceries, fast food, local eateries, etc... The hotel itself has a nice exterior, the interior is a bit worn but it is expected on a budget stay. The staff, specially Vincent @front desk was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
