InTown Suites Extended Stay Marietta GA - Roswell Rd

Had to change rooms because someone smoked in the room they put me in. Then there is no one at the service desk for check in and check outs half the time they are closed.

Shower and toilet did not function as should. Toilet overran after every flush. Spoke to front desk multiple times and never saw anyone so I went out and bought plunger to use for every time toilet was flushed. Finally was able to get maintenance to come when water in tub would not turn off. I called at 715 am to report and left a little after 9 and had yet to see anyone so who knows how long it took. Returned in evening and water was off.

I never stayed there!!!! They did not honor my reservation. Thank God!!! The place reeked of air fresheners to cover up the mold and other bad smells. Bad place to stay!

Made a reservation for a double but at check in was told there wasn’t any left at 1pm. They gave me a king with a sofa bed that was just awful. It’s seen better days. The king bed didn’t have a comforter on it and only had one pillow. Front desk gave me the items and bedding to put on myself because there was no housekeeping.

Nothing really nice to say about this place. I am a frequent traveler and stay in many hotels. This by far was not up to par. The bathtub moved when you moved. The beds were cheap and uncomfortable and very low to the floor. The amenities were lacking. Just too many things wrong to post here

Didn’t like anything. This place doesn’t needed to be on Expedia. Families are living at the hotel.

Roach motel. Infested and smells like smoke. Horrible.

The bathtub knob was broken that should have been fixed before rented and the room wasn’t cleaned after the last occupants left. One eye on the stove worked the bathroom or kitchen had not been wiped down

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The room was much better than expected. It was fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove top, microwave and cabinets. There was also a sofa bed. The bathroom was spacious. It is in a convenient location, right across the street from several restaurants and next door to a shopping plaza with a grocery store. The only reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 is because there were some worn out places on the carpet, and a couple of stains on the counter tops. No big deal though. Will definitely be staying here again.

Room could of been more clean, there were spider webs in the ceiling scent was horrible elevator is the pits I would not recommend to anyone
