InTown Suites Extended Stay Marietta GA - Roswell Rd

I checked-in before the 9:00pm deadline but they told me they were all booked up. I made the reservation 2 months prior. They did not call me or even attempt to find me a different hotel for the night. I reserved a non-smoking room. They had one smoking room left but it was so dirty and run down there was no way I was going to stay there. I understand if they overbooked but they should have called me and told me that before I got there. Most unprofessional hotel I have ever been to.

Rooms definitely need some updating. Missing kitchen drawer no iron and ironing board in my closet. Burn holes in every piece of furniture and comforter or bedding. Fridge also smells like it definitely needs to be cleaned as if something was left in there and rotted

You pay 99cents for internet and cable per night but neither work. The rooms are infested with roaches and ants. Weed being smoked in the hallways and in the elevator. Prostitutes sleeping with men that live with their women right across the hallway. I was put on a non smoking floor but me and my children have been exposed to second hand smoke, between the thin walls and the neighbor who smokes a whole pack throughout the night, has us gasping for air as we sleep. They tell you the room is $99 plus tax a night but dont tell you you can get a room for a week for less than 2 days. Staff is not friendly and ghetto as can be. Ive never had so many neck turns and eye rolls. Customer service is not what you will get here. Save your money and go somewhere else. This is motel 6 on a marriot budget.

There are molds in bathroom ceiling and refrigerator,sofa is old and dirty,TV remote control doesn’t working.The front desk open from 9:00am.This is not a hotel,looks like a apartment.

Pretty good hotel for the price. If it was any higher price I would expect a lot more but overall I got what I paid for

Booked hotel but ended up with no room to stay. Hotel gave preference to people who extended their stay and I ended up with no place to stay. Staff stated I was booked a day later and yet still room was not available

When I arrived with my children the staff asked did I want to check out the room before I paid. The room smelled like urine and the couch was dirty to include the bed comforter having burn marks on them from someone that smoked.

They didn't even have the room I requested, and try to offer me a full size when I requested a king. front desk people she looked scary. Lobby smelt like a fish fry. Outside people are drinking beer and smoking. not the place you want to bring your kids
