staff charged the wrong card then refuses refund. After a discussion the next day, I did NOT stay, 1 manager said she would due to it being their mistake, another then refuses citing company policy. This has gone to corporate and the banking institutes

Dated but confortable. Some noisy guests, as you might find everywhere these days. Convenient to so many shops major stores restaurants entertainment parks highways banking medical etc. Decent amenities. More than suitable for a place to stay and rates appropriately so. The staff are pleasant and professional.

This property was in a good location for me, but that's about all that was good. The room did not have a plate to use. Also the wifi was not good. One evening my key didn't work and the front desk was already closed, although the website said open til 9pm, there was a number, but they didn't return my call til 10:30pm and I called them @ 8:20. By then I had made other arrangements. Check out was the next day, when I got there at 10:25am, with check out at noon, they had already packed up my belongings and had them in a trash bag in the lobby. Who does that? I realized they did not pack up my yoga mat I called and talked to the manger, hoping to be reimbursed for the night I couldn't get in my room and to check on the whereabouts of the mat. And to let him know how inappropriate it was for them to pack up my room. He told me I had to contact the corporate office. So I emailed them, because there wasn't a phone number. They said they would be back in touch in 3 business days. I have not heard back yet, its day 5. So there you go.

A bar of soap, a roll of toilet paper, towels and that’s it in room with sagging curtains that hasn’t been updated in at least 30 years.

We checked in at 7 and reception was already closed. I had a question about my bill and no one was there to answer it. We were in a non smoking room, but there was a strong odor of smoke when we walked into the room. The room was spacious and included plastic cups, soap and towels, but no shampoo. There was a full size refrigerator, 2 burner stove and microwave but no oven. The couch was stained and floor was dirty. I would not have used the bedspread, but there were no other blankets. Overall, the hotel was fine. I stayed there because it was near a conference I was attending.

More hygene in the food is very relevant and too much making a better choice for guest in term of food will help

Roaches, roaches, roaches. We got a refund and found another hotel.

It was decent. There was a strong smell of funk for the stay. It never went away. But otherwise it was a decent price for a week. And not so bad that I would not try and book at their hotel again.

It was a nightmare, smoke smell, cigarette holes in sheets, toilet over flowing.

I really enjoy staying here. The staff is friendly and helpful. Location is perfect.
