"Disgusting do not stay here"

My room was nasty there was blood on Walls something else on wall near bed. When I walked across floor my feet turned black. And then when we checked out I overheard the person who checked the room tell the maid to only change the blanket and top sheet. I was so disgusted. I will never stay there again.

They could have been friendlier and they need to hire so.eone who knows how to clean and will actually clean.

Staff was very rude and kept my $100 deposit cash I am assuming he kept money for him self bc I was told the room checked out clean so why didn’t I get my deposit back

"Roaches!"

The person who checked us in was great. He was very helpful and gave us lots of suggestions.

Roaches! We booked 2 nights, but saw MULTIPLE roaches after the first night. We left early because of the roaches and requested a partial refund for the second night. The lady who checked us out told us that she would speak to the manager about it. We never received any contact, communication, or any type of refund after leaving.

"We had a good sleep and good time."

The bed was a king, big and comfortable. The tv worked well. It was nice to have a good size fridge in the room. We had to cut the heat on and it was nice being able to warm the room up a bit.

The bathroom could be a little cleaner and the toilet didn't want to flush. You had to hold the handle down or flush it a few times to get it down. Also, for an older person those toilets are so low to the ground. Hard to get back up from them.
