"South mtn getaway "

Checking was a little awkward because they attempted to charge my card several times prior to my arrival. The front desk and housekeeping were annoying because they accused us of smoking. We allowed the manager to enter the room and he apologized repeatedly for misunderstanding.

Location

The itself was ok,the commode wasn't working, and I had to use the waste basket to fill with water to flush it out and reported it, and no one nevertheless came to fix it. The score 7.4 is wrong.

Breakfast was not good. Waffles and no syrup. Biscuits were cold, dry and cold. Only one kind of cereal.

"Was ok for one night the pics on the website are deceiving"

We didn't do breakfast the man at the front desk was nice he let us check in early the house keeper was really nice

The furniture needs replacement need new pillows needs to be cleaned better, smelled like cigarette smoke the first room they put us in was an adjoining room the lock was broken a d we couldn't lock it on our side the people in the other room kept opening the door and looking in we told them to put us in another room or return our money the room they put us in was ok.
