The property was very clean. the room was clean and nice

good clean basic hotel . very small breakfast spread

The staff were really great and friendly

The rooms were awesome they are remodeling some of the rooms and they were really great and looked good

This is a very clean and modern hotel. It is maintained very well.

Let me say that I had a great night's sleep. Also, let me say that the desk clerk wanted to put me on the first floor, but I asked to go to the third. I think he know it would be quitter on the first floor and was looking out for me. Unfortunately, the location of the hotel at the corner of Hwy 64 and the RT 40 on ramp makes it a very noisy location. I got in the room at 4:00 PM and the noise coming from the street was unbelievably loud. However, by dark (around 8:00 PM) the traffic on the highways lessened and with the fan running in the room it was quite enough to sleep well. Also, I feel the price for this hotel room was about $50 more than it should have been. The Choice Hotels at the next exit were less than $100. This hotel, although well maintained and clean, was not any better than those hotels and with its location being as I described above, I feel that the cost was too much and I probably will not stay here again.

The room smelled like smoke, strongly. Floors were dirty. Bathroom dirty.

Staff was great

The entrance off road was difficult. Breakfast had a very long line, ran out of coffee. Toilet/sink back up at 3AM, came up thru sink leaving gross stuff. The gurgles continued rest of stay. Topd front desk, and I got a "sorry". Traffic was also loud
