I did not like David who works the night shift at the front as desk.

Beautiful and well maintained.

Bed is hard. Difficult to sleep on.

We live in downtown Tucson, but fancied a little staycation. I couldn’t recommend this lovely location enough, it was absolutely delightful. I’m from the UK and really enjoy the American hospitality experience. Our interactions with the staff at the Westward Look epitomized all the best things about American hospitality. We received such a warm welcome from Roxanne the receptionist, and the bartenders Ivan and Anthony took great care of us over the course of our stay. Our weekend away was the perfect reminder of what a magical place Tucson, Arizona is.

Staff is very nice and helpful. The room was clean and large, comfortable bed. Breakfast from menu was very good. Love the views. The hotel has many places to sit and relax from cozy outdoor fireplaces and patios with view of the city lights at night.

The grounds were poorly kept; plants and trees needed trimmed badly. The ground around the plants was bare in some areas some had rocks. The pool area was not cleaned up (towels everywhere) during the day or in the evening when it would have been nice to sit by the pool and look at the stars, etc.

Rooms were large and comfy. Food & drinks were great.

overall, good location, close to Pima county park- good for hiking and close to restaurants, super markets.

I do not consider the wi-fi to be "free" as we were told as we checked out. the hotel charged us $40 per day as a "resort fee" which we were told included wi-fi. That charge was a surprise and they did not set our expectations during the login or in making the reservation. Booking.com should have told us that.

Loved our stay. The front desk staff was Friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean ( kudos to housekeeping). We enjoyed the westward sunset from our balcony each evening. Pool and hot tub was wonderful. I enjoyed swimming in the lap pool. Grounds were well maintained and there was great nature path that we used back and forth to our room. I wish I still played tennis because the courts were beautiful. I did use the spa and enjoyed a pedicure and massage. The restaurant was very nice. We will be back.
