"Nice Resort with good value"

The hotel is older and somewhat outdated, but it offers great service and a beautiful environment. The shuttle driver, Bob, is truly a gem of hospitality and made the experience memorable. The front desk service was average, but the restaurant and meeting services were outstanding and very well managed. Overall, the staff in those areas did a great job creating a positive experience.

Breakfast in the restaurant was great and it was nice to dine on the patio. Horseback riding at the resort was a highlight. Rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Saw a bobcat right outside our window walking by.

Staffing at the restaurant one night was sub par. I can’t tell if it was being short staffed but it was astonishingly slow service. They seemed unaware or indifferent but no one was unpleasant.

Had a great stay at Westward Look! The casita we stayed in was spacious and updated. Beds are either most comfortable I have slept in at a hotel for quite some time! Beautiful pools on property as well. Everything is clean and very comfortable. Shout out to Rosa the Veteran as well! She was lovely to talk to at the pool and does a great job! Couldn’t say enough nice things about this property and the staff!

The property is very beautiful. We enjoyed staying in an upper suite with a Westward view to see the sunset each evening.

The first room that we were put in was in the lowest level did not have a view and really felt dark. We quickly went to the front desk and they were able to put us into another room.
