I enjoyed the complimentary items in the room the comfy king size bed and the facilities are great It was a enjoyable experience.

I came here for a romantic night away with my partner, we thought spa hotel will be lovely, went into the spa facilities after being told robes were provided, we were given a towel, fine no problem, went into the pool jacuzzi area, jacuzzi was closed and there were swimming lessons in the pool, not very romantic we stayed in the pool for around 10 mins before we left. We came back to our room, room was nice, toilet however flushes once and if you needed to flush again it wouldn’t work, reported it to reception, she was contacting maintenance nothing came of it, the room was also very warm, we put the air conditioning unit on and you couldn’t sleep with it it sounded like you had an army tank in your room with you it was so loud, over all I am disappointed and feel it didn’t live up to expectations as a spa hotel, I would have been better staying at home, going to the local swimming baths and having breakfast out somewhere.

I stayed here in May with a friend and had a wonderful experience. We enjoyed our meal in the restaurant — I had the hake, which was cooked perfectly, and the Viognier recommended was excellent. Our room was spacious, comfortable if not slightly dated, but it did not diminish our experience. The only small details we noticed was that there weren't any glasses in the bathroom for toothbrushes and the reading lights either side of the bed were too bright, but this didn't detract from our stay. All the staff we encountered were friendly, welcoming, and efficient throughout our visit, making us feel well looked after. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to make use of the pool facilities, but they looked great and give us another reason to return. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come back. Highly recommended!

great location . the size of the room was great and the bed was soo big and comfy .The staff were lovely .It was a perfect checkout time ,not too early

The toilet in our room was more suited to a child than an adult .The food was vastly over priced .A cheese burger was £22 and it was no better than a Mcdonald’s

Can’t fault the lovely Victoria and Tom on reception who went above and beyond when there was a leak in the bathroom. They quickly got a new upgraded room arranged straight away. Their customer service and friendliness was fantastic. Lovely hotel and facilities making it a lovely stay. Thank you
