breakfast good, bar service very slow

Had children in the group, swimming time were limited to access the pool.

Horrible staff rude desk people

Reception was stylish and welcoming. Bar area was nice. Staff on the reception desk were very friendly. Breakfast staff were attentive and a lovely area for the children that included activities and children's breakfast items. We didnt make use of the leisure facilities so can't comment on the quality.

Rooms were tired and in need of TLC. Air conditioning was very poor, the beds squeaked with every move. Bathroom was old and dated. Food in the restaurant was bland and unappealing. Service in the bar was incredibly poor. It was a very busy evening, which they were not prepared for. The bar was understaffed which the staff didn't handle well. Long waits, run out of glasses, serving pizzas whilst in the middle of taking drinks orders. Someone would take your order and serve drinks, then put you into another queue in order to pay. I didn't hear anyone once apologise for the long wait.

A door outside our room had the slow close knocked off so it banged but that was just a one off and unlucky for us during our stay only

I had an upgrade to King Room, which was great! Very spacious room, comfortable huge bed. I specially liked the Shampoo and Wash liquid in the room. Gym and swimming pool were great also. Location is very convenient for my business travel. Reception staff were nice and friendly. Plenty of parking spaces. Big bonus: 2 Tesla Superchargers and many reasonably priced Roam EV Chargers on premises.

I found breakfast to be too basic, nothing special to impress. There was no delivery of yogurts that day, so no yogurts for me. It would be nice to have a large variety of breakfast food. Also, the EV chargers are a long walk from the main entrance, when the Leisure entrance is closed, but I guess nothing can be done abt it.
