The staff were lovely and very attentive. Room was emaculate. Extremly clean and tidy. The bed on the other hand was rock hard may as well of slept on the car park outside that would of been comfier

Lovely hotel. Great location. Clean and well maintained. Friendly helpful staff. Nice bar and restaurants. Spacious rooms. Spa and pool lovely.

Air conditioning in the room needs attention. Lovely and cool in the communal areas. Room like a sauna. We were offered a room change but owing to time and a tired child accepted the fan. Met a number of residents with the same complaint. Needs sorting. Would highly recommend apart from this issue. Spoilt an otherwise great experience

Well presented, friendly atmosphere, quiet area of hotel with balcony was a lovely bonus.

Quality of buffet breakfast. Paying extra for poached eggs. Poor coffee & strange tasting fruit juices.

We frequently stay at this hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff are very pleasant and friendly. We asked for a ground floor room and that’s what we got.

Not enough parking for disabled drivers.

Went for a spa day for a gift for my mum, so spotless and well organised, they really took it into account I was pregnant and made it a seamless experience, we really enjoyed our treatment I think the lady who did mine is called Amy, so kind and really good at what she does, the food was lovely and nice receptionist too.

"Exceptional"

It was a beautiful hotel and the staff we're lovely and welcoming, our room was 2 doors away from the spa which had amazing steam rooms and jacuzzi felt very relaxed will definitely be returning.

That they didn't have glasses for water in the room.
