Disappointed with the staff not helpful at all. We was given a room that had not refrigerator the toilet was blocked complained to staff who said it will be sorted but nothing was done bed was creaking everytime you tossed over we complained again then was moved to another room which was even worse same problem with bed and the floorboards creaked everytime we walked when we flushed the toilet the pipes made such a loud noise we complained again as the floorboards creaked that the people on the ground floor will complain as we were on the 1st floor the lady said its a staff room don't worry about it it was very disappointing we had to check out a day early as our needs weren't being met we came to relax and enjoy a spa but had to cancel everything and check out.

We stayed during the high temperatures in May. The hotel was well equipped to deal with the heat, with a lovely swimming pool. Rooms were good, service was excellent and the bar staff were attentive. Great location too.

The staff were outstanding and friendly from the moment we walked into the lobby. The facilities were exceptional and pristine. The room was out of this world, so comfy and luxurious. The hotel is also dog friendly with beds, treats and toys to help keep your best friends as comfortable as possible.

Meals were expensive for the size of the portions.

I would like to thank Victoria for organising our stay. We visited two weeks ago to celebrate my little one’s first birthday. From the moment we arrived, the lovely receptionist made us feel welcome by asking about our journey and our plans for the weekend. During our stay, we enjoyed a lovely meal, and on check-out, Allison was very friendly and wished us a safe journey home. Thank you again for making our stay so special.
