Very friendly staff and very helpful a great welcoming feel.

Could do with air conditioning

Convenient location for NBHD Weekender. The staff were really friendly and the hotel was also really clean and tidy.

There was no air conditioning in the room on such a hot day. Just a ceiling fan which didn’t help too much.

Booked a spa break for partner's birthday through spa seekers. Treatments we had were the only positive. Pool area was dirty and lack of faciliries. Room tired and tv didnt work at all. Evening meals were very poor and expensive - very disappointing. Communal sitting area outside reception has overflowing bins, cigarette ends all over and generally untidy. Kids playing football using residents cars as goal posts!! Overall very disappointing and will 100% not return!

Went to charge car in Nov 24, spent over 15 at the supercharger and now being chased for not paying the £1 parking charge currently they are after 170. I have appealed but never got a response, written to popla to talk about fact can’t actually get a real response from private parking firm. Written to Q hotels and Tesla. Still getting bullying messages even through totallly out of process. Even want to trade body about total lack of response And fact just get chase letters ever 2 weeks that don’t address the initial appeal. DoNot get it the car park is always empty who would want to park there unless staying at hotel. Personally will happily go to court over it, but more importantly is chasing a genuine customer worth it - never buying Tesla again as result (10k lost profit for them) and never stay at Q hotel already cost them over 2k in lost revenue in the last year.

Rooms were nice Food was fresh Good gym and spa facilities

Noisy late night guests. Need to be reminded to be quiet. Should be told at check-in

Room looked a little tired curtains hanging off the track We were charged twice for our stay and took a little too long to get sorted and money returned had to chase

Our room was spacious and clean but we did upgrade to the cost of £50 per night mini bar included

The room was over the entrance so quite noisy. Bathrobes provided but stained,we had requested the upgrade and meal deal and to include breakfast after waiting for a while to make sure everything was as we requested as we didn't get the confrontation email..the reception sorted the extras for us ..evening meal ..under-par waitress gave me a point balance no when I askd if I could tweek the menu to suit my needs,I feel she should and could have askd the chef first,scallops 3 ! But nicely done,Hallumi salad Sad Very sad ..basically a bowl of lettuce few croutons dressing and 4 very thin slices of Hallumi with 3 anchovies our evening meal left us hungry then came confusion over the bill I tried to explain that it was to be charged to my account the whole thing quite embarrassing 😳 my friend complain at the time we was given complementary drinks..small gesture. Morning ready for full English i was starving at this point ..headed to the restaurant stood in a queue may be 3 deep while people was shown to available tables ..our turn ..nothing on the list for us pointed out we had a card stamped breakfast included..was left red faces as she went to reception to double check..in embarrassment as we waited ..I decided to take our custom to a local cafe ..she did apologise for the confusion and the wait..But staff in such a scale should be able to deal with such a situation and put the costumer first,so sadly we wont be returning the only member who seemed to know the ropes was the house maid Monica,morning of leaving time to pay the settlement and again I had to explain so the difference could be taken off ..So really it spoilt most of our weekend reunion..
