Good. Not expensive - easy check in .. lovely lady on reception when checking in. Friday tea time 7ish (22/5/26). Didn’t book breakfast. Also didn’t end up using the pool etc as we were there for a music festival. Drinks - awful. Apart from the beer. !! Cocktails - from a bottle - instant cocktail . Absolutely minging and £12 each !! Room fine - bit dated / tired. Very hot weather and a ceiling fan which was very noisy and not very effective. Stayed for 3 nights. Total of 4 of the small Nescafé sachets, 2 decaffeinated, for the 3 nights. No fridge ? But looked like there was previously a fridge in the cupboard under the tv.. on leaving was asked to pay £1 as they had charged £108 instead of £109. I mentioned that I had also paid £50 pre authorised which they could knock £1 off. Had to still pay £1 and after leaving, checked the transaction on the Friday which was £109 plus the £50. Good budget hotel.

Absolutely lovely hotel with pleasant staff and large comfortable rooms. We had a Juliet balcony overlooking a green space which made it feel very luxurious. Will stay again.
