La ubicación

La atención del personal, la primera habitación que me ofrecieron en planta baja con olor a humedad! Pedi un vaso d agua y me lo negaron porque estaba fuera del horario del desayuno! Mala voluntad al servir el desayuno, dicen q te sirven una cosa y te dan otra. No lo recomiendo!

La taza del baño no funciona bien, el lavabo drena el agua muy lento, la atención del personal deficiente, el precio aumento y eso no lo mencionan No sirve el internet, la tv no funcionó bien Mala experiencia

Nada todo lamentable. Desayuno infame, personal desagradable y lo peor la limpieza. Había cucarachas en la habitación. De los 7 días que teníamos reservados solo estuvimos 2 y vimos 5 cucarachas

De verdad recomiendo no ir porque fue asqueroso y desagradable. Solo pude poner una foto de las cucarachas. Pero tenemos dos videos de como se ven correteando por la habitación. Y el personal no nos ofreció ninguna solución, más que ponerse chulos y mentir cuando nos vieron con las maletas en la puerta. Cesar fue el que nos intentó tomar el pelo.

Great budget option for the clean rooms and handy location, but noisy at night, overcrowding at breakfast and inconvenient that the pool is not available till 10am. Worth the trade off if location and budget are your priorities.
