Breakfast was ok. Eggs were water down bread was stale. Toaster didn’t work correctly

I had a horrible expert with the female manager at this hotel. She was very rude and unprofessional. Several times she spoke over me and wouldn’t let me get a word in. She then accused me of recording her and when I showed her I wasn’t and told her she was being unprofessional and wasn’t representing Marriott in a well manner she proceeded to tell me that the conversation was over and that I needed to leave and I wasn’t no longer welcomed to be at the hotel. She threatened to call the police on me if I didn’t leave. She was very irate and aggressive. I was scared that she would come from behind the desk and assault me that’s how aggressive she was

Stag was amazing

Really enjoyed my stay here. The staff was awesome—super friendly and helpful the whole time… especially Pia and Angela! My room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed. The location is also great, close to restaurants and easy to get around. Overall, it’s always a solid, stress-free stay. See you guys soon!

The only issue was the wifi

I’m an military Reserve member, and my unit booked and paid for my stay here as part of official travel. Earlier this year, I checked in with just my military ID—no issues. But on the evening of Sept 5, 2025, around 8PM, I was suddenly asked for a personal credit card, which I hadn’t brought since all expenses were covered by my unit. While the initial confusion was understandable, what followed was unacceptable. The front desk staff and manager began lecturing me, making false claims, and even accused me of criticizing the manager’s English—simply because I said I didn’t know the policy. As someone with an accent myself, I found that accusation offensive and baseless. The manager insisted that a credit card is always required, yet during my previous stay, it wasn’t. If that were true, they could’ve looked up my prior record like other Marriott locations have done. Instead, I was met with hostility and misinformation. What’s worse, the manager filed a complaint to my military unit based on her version of events, which misrepresented the situation entirely. I was treated like a subordinate, not a guest. I serve the public—I’m not here to be yelled at, lectured, or falsely accused. If you’re military or traveling on official duty, I strongly recommend confirming every detail in advance and considering other Marriott locations with more professional staff. This experience was not only frustrating—it was deeply disrespectful.
