Great location. Tiny room. It was ok for the price.

Arrived on QM 2 and needed a place to overnight in Hamburg. This hotel is close to the train station but otherwise offers nothing for the traveler. Yes, it is clean and reasonably safe and convenient but there are better options. No charm,small breakfast with sad and stale breakfast options. Desk people not very helpful or friendly.

This is the ideal hotel for inexpensive accommodation in this very busy city. The hotel is a few minutes from the Hauptbahnhof and many of the main attractions of Hamburg, The staff are friendly and the rooms are adequate with TV and ensuite shower room. The breakfast was a treat with fresh Brötchen and other normal German fare.

Hotel was nothing special but was close to the main railway station.

Nicely designed, friendly staff giving a very individual service, very good f&b, nice bar with seating outside - good breakfast buffet - the restaurant is Italian Can only recommend Good rates at the mit yo busy days like f.e Sunday night

This hotel is in a ideal location, it's a 2 minute walk from Hamburg's Central Station and easy to find. St Georg is a really nice area with lots of restaurants and bars on the nearby Lange Reihe. You can get to all the places you would want to visit from Central Station. The hotel is a decent price, for Hamburg. We had a queen room which was a bit on the small side, particularly the bathroom. The room was also on the inside of the building with nothing but a drab courtyard for a view. However, the hotel itself is in a lovely building, is well maintained and clean. The room had nice high ceilings, a big window that opened fully, a TV and 2 complimentary miniature bottles of sparkling wine. The breakfast was good enough for this type of hotel. We had the option of scrambled eggs, a selection of bread and rolls, cold meats, cheese, several cereals, yogurts and some fruit. As well as tea, coffee, water and fruit juices. You can have as much of everyhting as you like. A good way to stock up for a day of sightseeing. The staff were polite and we were able to leave our luggage in storage until we had to leave for the airport. All in all, a good hotel and a great location. I would stay here again, but would prefer a bigger room facing the street next time.

Fantastic location, Nice reception, nice room, fine breakfast, very cheap.

Nice for a solo traveler. Convenient to train station and multiple dining options. Avoid rooms above hotel entrance. Cigarette smoke filters into your room. It was extremely hot, and with no AC, had no choice but to keep windows open.

Our room was modest but very comfortable. The breakfast was great and the employees were very helpful (Especially considering my German is terrible). The room was smaller with just enough room for the bed, a desk, & a chair but bathroom was spacious and very nicely laid out.

No one came to clean the room at all in the duration of our stay. Needed to chase for new towels, shower gels and new glasses but still didn’t get what required. Really poor I’m afraid.
