My wife and I spent a wonderful Valentines Day weekend at the Geiser Grand Hotel and it was a really "GRAND" experience. The room was very clean and the atmosphere was exceptional. We did the historical tour they had there and enjoyed the rich history of the hotel. We also did an online scavenger hunt that was fun an educational. The restaurant in the hotel was very good. We had breakfast and dinner there, but also went to the restaurants and a bakery nearby for our other meals and they were really good too. We certaily recommend staying there and are looking forward to our next visit. Steve and Julie Berg

My friend and I had a one night stay while on our way home on a road trip. Our stay was short but everything was excellent. The front desk clerk at check in was very friendly and helpful. We had a drink in the bar before dinner in the hotel restaurant; our bartender was also our server and she was great, too. The restaurant prices were very reasonable, and our steaks were so tender! Our room was clean and good sized, loved the high ceilings. There is a very interesting history about the hotel, they did an amazing job on restoring the property. Wish we had more than just a one night stay, I was hoping to get a glimpse of the Lady in Blue! :)

Beautiful and historic

after I booked the room online, I called the hotel and booked two massages. when I got there, they act totally unconcern and said that I didn't book any massages. I said look at my phone. I did call you. Why did I call you if I didn't book massages. They act totally unconcern. The manager also confirmed that I didn't book massages. The girl at my desk said it wasn't her problem because she didn't do it totally unconcern whether we were happy or not. We plan to eat at their nice restaurant, but after that, I wouldn't spend any more money there for any reason. Totally disappointed they could've at least tried to contact the people to do the massages to see if they could come, but they didn't even do that.
