Loved the ambiance! The night manager was awesome!

The wardrobe had broken hardware and the breakfast menu needs to be replaced with better choices. We went to a different place to eat.

People, every staff member we met was Friendly and energetic. Location, downtown, walk to anything you could need. Ambiance, grand style from bygone era. Restaurant, fabulous menu, try their steaks, surprising value.

The wall sockets in the room were worn to the extent that it was hard to keep device chargers from falling out.

"Great weekend getaway."

My wife and I spent a wonderful Valentines Day weekend at the Geiser Grand Hotel and it was a really "GRAND" experience. The room was very clean and the atmosphere was exceptional. We did the historical tour they had there and enjoyed the rich history of the hotel. We also did an online scavenger hunt that was fun an educational. The restaurant in the hotel was very good. We had breakfast and dinner there, but also went to the restaurants and a bakery nearby for our other meals and they were really good too. We certaily recommend staying there and are looking forward to our next visit. Steve and Julie Berg

"Beautiful historic hotel"

My friend and I had a one night stay while on our way home on a road trip. Our stay was short but everything was excellent. The front desk clerk at check in was very friendly and helpful. We had a drink in the bar before dinner in the hotel restaurant; our bartender was also our server and she was great, too. The restaurant prices were very reasonable, and our steaks were so tender! Our room was clean and good sized, loved the high ceilings. There is a very interesting history about the hotel, they did an amazing job on restoring the property. Wish we had more than just a one night stay, I was hoping to get a glimpse of the Lady in Blue! :)
