"Altstadtnahes Hotel "

Ruhig gelegenes Hotel mit geräumigen Zimmern (wir hatten auch einen tollen Balkon) und einem hochwertigen Frühstücksbuffet mit regionalen Produkten. Die Mitarbeiterinnen waren äußerst freundlich! Mit Bus und Straßenbahn (gratis Bern Ticket), zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad sind die Sehenswürdigkeiten ganz schnell erreicht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden wieder kommen.

Short, last-minute stay, due to work. Checked in very late but still had a great reception. Room was exactly as advertised, and really clean and nice, newly renovated.

I arrived barely at midnight and booked couple minutes ago before the checked in, so I was a little anxious about the procedure of the reservation. But The staffs searched my reservation with hospitality and smiles. Eventually, I got the room without incident satisfactorily. Additionally, I left my phone in the room after checkout but when I backed there, they found it out with nice smiles. I really appreciate them. This hotel is highly recommendable and trustworthy.
