離車站有點距離，且電梯有點舊跟緩慢，早餐選擇多且還不差，整體而言普通

Hotel room is very clean. Breakfast service great. Twin bed matress a little soft for me.

El personal muy gentil y servicial, desayuno excelente, lo que no me gustó es que las habitaciones muy descuidadas, mal organizada su distribución, escritorio con cafetera amontonado, creo que con un poco de toque de decoración y mantenimiento estaría excelente ya que está muy bien ubicado.

Positive: - Was greeted warmly when I arrived, and was helped with the two things I required: recommendation for a restaurant, and to borrow a travel adaptor. - Breakfast was delicious, great selection (inc. homemade jam - lovely touch), and was offered a freshly made smoothie and my table - Room was spacious and clean, powerful shower Negatives: - Actual quality of sleep was limited due to: temperature of room (was too warm, so had to work out how to use the plug in fan in the middle of the night, which didn't do as the buttons said it would!), could hear upstairs stomping around (was staying in the second building) which kept me up, and I was uncomfortable with the weight of pillows (I later found a pillow menu in the room, but by this point it was too late as reception closed at 10pm - maybe this can be reminded of at check in?)

Great hotel close to University excellent staff super breakfasts

Excellent location near the town centre but on a quiet side street so nice and quiet. Spacious and modern with excellent service (e.g. they have 4 different sorts of pillows) matched only by there impressive breakfasts (smoked salmon, local produce and homemade jams, etc.). Able to make good use of the free travel card with the public transport available just around the corner (literally). Would stay again.

Everyone in reception was so helpful.
