Baymont by Wyndham Panama City Beach

Very bad condition

The rooms are filthy. The mattress i slept on was so worn that it almost went to the box springs. My daughter hurt her leg on the platform base of the bed because it didn't align properly and stuck out really far. Some of our for tiles were being held down by clear tape. The tub had a rust tint on the floor of it. Our room was supposed to have an "ocean-view". That consisted of barely seeing a portion of the water between a couple of the buildings that was actually on the ocean side of the street. Our free breakfast was very limited. Someone said they hadn't restocked it since they had been there. There was no milk for the cereals. They said there were items in the fridge to heat. Fridge was empty. We went down within the first hour of breakfast. The pool that was advertised actually belonged to a restaurant across the street, and was crowded. And because of restaurant seating around it, it was not very deep. Basically kids only. My young daughter is autistic and will not get in the pool without a family member, so that was out of the question. I know they say you get what you pay for, but the room was not worth the money we paid. And there's a "resort fee" of $24 once you get there. I should at least be offered that back. The only good thing from our stay was being so close to the ocean. We did enjoy getting to walk on the beach and playing in the sand.

Communication is HORRIBLE ! Room / pillow cases were dirty plenty of bugs (gnats). Front door wouldn’t close causing a safety hazard. I asked to be in a different room and wasn’t accommodated ! Huge hole in wall that they tried to patch up and didn’t quit finish . I asked for a refund and property manager gave me the run around and staff said multiple times that the manager wasn’t in and was clearly there ! Don’t STAY HERE !!!

No place to park over priced trashed out way out of date

It wasn't as bad as it could of been. But I wouldn't stay there again when we first got there. They booked us in a room that already had somebody staying in it. So when we went to our other room the pillows didn't have pillowcases on them and it didn't have no shower curtain. Other than that it was okay

Room was nasty bathroom nasty no towels

When I checked in my room was not ready. We did not receive any clean towels

The place was awful. No linen. No towels. The front desk was absolutely not helpful, much less the resort. I’m in the process of trying to get a hold of Expedia to get a refund.

No towels for two days- plus I was lied to and made a fool by the desk help.

The property can use a good painting, the look from the outside can be pretty intimidating, there were no towels or pillow cases at check because they send out to get their laundry done, someone please invest in getting them a, onsite laundry facility, the room was a little small but very nice, I could actually see the beach from my room, it was literally across the street, my stay was alright, I would stay there again .
