This was the ABSOLUTE WORST booking decision we've made. The property was horrible. Our stay was not great. We asked for towels and pillows and never received them after being told they would be brought up to our room. We had to go to the front desk hours after the towels and pillows never arrived to our room. The front desk receptionist nonchalantly told us that they had no towels and couldn't give us any. We had to go out and buy towels to accommodate our stay at this property. The room was barely ok. Mold was in the corners, the bathtub had a hole in it and was very slow draining, the bathroom door wouldn't close, our clothes in the room were constantly getting wet from the amount of moisture in the room, and the property overall was very dirty and unsanitary. The phone in our room didn't not work and housekeeping never came even after being requested. There was so much mold, mildew, and deterioration around this property. We used to stay at this property often when it was named Ocean Breeze By the Sea and it was always clean and enjoyable. I'm not sure what changed, but please do better. The mold and mildew alone is enough to make someone extremely sick. We will not book here again, and I really hate that this property has come to this very low and unacceptable point.

Property maintenance is not good and basic facilities was not there in room like dustbin, mat etc.

Everything was convenient and the view was beautiful.

Usually i dont write about my stay but this i feel like has to be said about my experience.When we arrived the staff was rude. When we got to the room there was no toilet paper, no towels, and no cups. The cups i can do without but when i went to the front desk to tell them they said they can give me the toilet paper but the towels they will have to let housekeeping know so i gave them the room number i was in and noone came to give towels or anything. My dad went down there at like 11pm and the night crew gave him towels for us. Housekeeping never cleaned our room all weekend. The t.v only had 5 channels when my dad and brother stayed a floor above us and had all the channels. I will say this the night front desk people was very polite and helpful. The daytime front desk was rude and hateful and was always on their phone and acted like u was bothering them. I would not be returning to this hotel in the future.

Floors were extremely dirty, didn’t have enough towels and not nearly enough breakfast available in the morning’s.

when we arrived, the room with 'A VIEW', was not the view of the ocean, as a normal person would assume, given that we were in PANAMA CITY BEACH. No, as Expedia Rep explained; It only says a view, it doesnt say a view of the ocean Then the ordeal with the extra $100 cash we had to pay to get the room key, explained as a RESORT FEE. The hotel management told EXPEDIA they had no such fee so EXPEDIA turned it back to us to ensure we recieved a refund..... NO money ever returned and we had to leave

Well I’m not sure you want to know this. But Wyndham should be embarrassed. That was the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever had to stay in and it was my own fault. I needed somewhere quick and didn’t do enough research. That being said the hookers and drug dealers in the rooms next did leave us alone but the contact high was terrible. We felt fortunate to have lived through the night. If I could give this a negative score I would. The place is run down the rooms need to be painted the holes under the bathtub should be fixed and the drains cleaned out. This was by far nearly the worst place I have ever stayed

Your pictures on your site are very misleading!! This is a terrble hotel! Service is also very terreble! No towls available very dirty room and the hotel needs to be torn down!
