Baymont by Wyndham Panama City Beach

The pictures of the hotel on the website are a misrepresentation of what the hotel looks like now. A man with a bicycle pounded on the door for 5 minutes, my daughter had to contact the front desk to come and deal with him. After that we checked out of the hotel. Our stay was to be for 4 nights, we only stayed one night. Hotel would only refund 2 nights, and they would not refund any of the resort fee. Also the outside stairway area reeked of garbage and there was trash around the grounds in the back. The door to the hotel room had a gap on the side which caused it to feel not secure when closed. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

No tissue.. My room was so stuffy, wet and sticky… water dripping from the bathroom ceiling and over the sink. I was requesting for new bedding because my stay was from Tuesday til Sunday and finally got it the day before we left.

I did not stay here even one night. We called to cancel immediately after arriving at the property

Facility run down and under-maintained. Our door wouldn't close fully and couldn't lock. Sand on the floor which ended up in our beds. Bathtub was damaged and had an ugly brown stain in the middle. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Needs to be updated.It was like the 60's!

The ac was leaking the whole time we stayed and maintenance said it was our fault. But when we got there the first day the floor was soaked. Stayed wet the entire stay and started to smell like mildew..

First couple hours dog barking nonstop as police was dealing w/ an issue w/ guest close by. Tried 3xs to ck in staff wasn’t in the office well except one guy that stayed outside smoking & couldn’t help he said.. I’m single & alone & they put me in back of building that I had to walk to back when I got off my job @ midnight.. there were plenty of rooms available in front… Staff was rude & no personality..

This is the absolute worst hotel experience I have ever had.. The fitted sheet is too small for the mattress so it won’t stay on and covered in stains. We had no towels when we checked in and still haven’t gotten any two days later. The plug by the vanity does not work. The bathtub had soap or something in the bottom of it and it was so slippery we almost fell. There is dirt and maybe mold along the wall by the air conditioner. The whole experience has been awful. The pictures on your website for this place are basically false advertising.

Read previous reviews by other guest because we endured all of it. Horrible customer service, filthy, electrical issues, drain issues, did I mention filthy!!! This place looks more like a "rent by the hour" than a Wyndham facility
