Just plain awful

Very LAZY staff!! Room was NOT ready. Previous clients towels were left in room. Beds were NOT made.Old sheets were still on the bed!! This was at 5pm!!! When we checked in. Big chuncks of concrete missing from balconys!! Breakfast was included but there was NEVER any breakfast items. Never was a hotel staff until AFTER 12 (noon). To me was VERY EXPENSIVE considering the quality of the motel & the middele of the week. BEFORE SUMMER BREAK!!! $140 a NIGHT!!! Nonrefundable. Expedia "reviews" were WAY OFF BASE!!!! 8 stars!!! NO WAY!!! Maybe a NEGATIVE 10 STARS!

The receptionists was very nice and no issues with the workers. The atmosphere in the parking lot and leading to the room was not very family friendly. Sketchy is a term that fits well. Just not very safe feeling. If you are single and looking for a place to just rest for the night, this place may be okay. The hotel room needs a remodel and perhaps better people hanging around the parking lot. The "beakfast" wasn't much. The juice machine didn't work, just overall not a good experience. I don't plan to ever stay there again and certainly a place I'd avoid if traveling with kids.

Not really a breakfast. They put cereal out with no milk. Waffles with no syrup. There is no coffee machine or anything to drink. The rooms were ok. The pool that you use is across the street at the bar and grill. No chairs for the pool unless you are buyimg from the bar and grill.

The hotel’s condition is terrible. The tub was backed up/ tub was peeling and the cracks around the toilet area was very very bad. Looks as if the toilet is about to depart from area. This is just a bad hotel to stay, I will never again waste my money on anything like that.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in hands down.

My dislikes were unknown extra fees after I booked that I wasn't expecting. Everytime needed someone at the front there was always a 30 minute wait Had to ask multiple times for towels as there were none in my room. The floors in the room were not properly cleaned as my feet turned black just walking in the room and floors were slippery. . There wasn't anything that i was able to eat as i am a diabetic. Also no coffee in the commen area.

One of the worst properties I have ever seen. Stains on the beds, bathroom vent was hanging out and rusted. Dried paint was everywhere. There was even a toilet outside that had stuff in it that looked like feces. Had my son with me and we refused to stay and drove home six hours instead. Disgusting!!!

Poorly kept, old scared and scratched furniture. Did not live up to carry the Wyndham logo.

They need to close and renovate or shut down the property. The room was rundown and dingy. Scuffs all over walls, paint peeling, tears in the tubs. The tub clogged so every shower had ankle deep water. Checked in with 2 people for a 3 night stay. Had ONE body towel until the third day of my reservation. Requested some Saturday morning and was told they were all in the laundry-it would be a 2 hour wait. Got towels delivered Saturday evening. Called the day before and day of to talk to staff about my reservation, never answered the phone. Continued to try to get thru all day with no avail. Elevator takes what felt like years to get to the ground floor. You’re quicker off using the stairs. Parking is inadequate. The only good thing about this hotel is the location!
