Baymont by Wyndham Panama City Beach

very disappointed, very dirty, loud, outdated, would not recommedn at all. Had to pay 24.00 resort fee for nothing, only stayed one night and will never return.

Since I paid in advance on the app and did everything before hand it was pretty fast and easy to get my room. The room was clean and in good condition. The only downfall is that the towels were pretty small lol but other than that it was great service.

This place is dump. Doesn’t look like the pictures. We didn’t even check in. It’s very disappointing to travel that far to have to try to find another place to stay

Staff can be rude. This hotel is subpar and outdated. That’s ok if they didn’t charge so much but they do. This actually serves to full you into thinking it’s a better hotel than it is. Which you will find out when you get there.

First, the front desk person was rude, and annoyed when I had to come back down and get a new key at check in. Cause they didn’t JJ work. The railing in the 4th floor outside our room 422, is loose-and moves aggressively. The a/c rattled all night. The shower was in need of repairs, the curtain should have been replaced-holy and stained. The room was damp all night and floor slimy. All the common areas are worn and dirty- needs a good power wash. In bath towel, two bathmats, and loads of hand towels.. just not consistent. Not to mention the weed smell coming from every room. Wyndham clearly forgot they own this hotel.

This hotel needs lots of renovation.

Not no good breakfast the room we stay in was not to clean and toilet look almost stop up and couldn’t get nobody on the phone and beds you could feel the springs in it and no cups for coffee in the room

Front desk customer service was rude and very unhelpful and not helping with my concern

It was in a good location. Looked updated and clean online but hadn’t been updated in awhile and the updates were done poorly. The first room we got was a nonsmoking but was clearly smoked in heavily. Second room smelled better but was not much better in updates. We checked the room for bed bugs and thankfully did not find any! The hotel was old and run down. We felt unsafe there due to the other guests and surroundings. Oh, and no towels at all! Front desk told us their linen truck had not arrived yet and to check back after dinner. We did then finally get some towels. I expected better from Baymont/Wyndham. I do want to give a positive review for the staff. They were friendly and helpful!. Unfortunately, I would not stay there again! Also, not enough parking.
