Baymont by Wyndham Panama City Beach

I stayed over the weekend, I didn’t have towels the entire stay. The hotel is a short distance from the beach. The staff were nice but the conditions of the hotel were not great. They had a service fee per day but I feel like if you don’t have towels then you shouldn’t charge any extras anything

The room service didn’t bring towels the first night then the second night we were told they didn’t have any towels to give out and the shower leaked so not knowing we put our towels down to clean up the water.. the receptionist was very rude and just want to sit on the sofa with her boy friend

The location and price are great, but the hotel is horrible. Our room was dirty, we had no pillow cases or towels/wash clothes. When I went to get towels, they only gave me 2 for my family because they were short on towels. We had to share and use our beach towels. The bathroom door would not shut and the tub was slow to drain. They claim to have breakfast...they had a few chocolate muffins, no milk, and that was it. Thank goodness for Huddle House down the road. Other than closeness to the beach, I wouldnt recommend staying there.

The Baymont was a great price compared to ither locations around. Issue's were only giving one towel for the entire stay for 4 days for a family of 3. Reason being "their linen shipment hadn't arrived." Overall though great price, But, in this instance it was definitely get what you pay for.

This hotel is by far the worst I have stayed in. Deception by pictures this one takes the cake in that area. This property is absolutely run down and is in urgent need of a complete renovation. I must talk about the Interior and exterior, because from I entered the property yard I thought the gps had taken me to the wrong turn only the name and structure of the building made me to know it was the right place. Looking up at the balcony I had begin to change my mind but still decided to give it a try because I thought the rooms might have been a winner oh boy was I about to find out that I was wrong. My fiance had already checked in prior to me and our 1 yr old so all i had to do was get a key from the front desk to enter the room. I was greeted well and the staff assisted me to the room, the elevator worked poorly and the floor leading to the room was dirty and looking a mess. Entered the room with her assistance after she left i roam around the room before allowing my little one down. One of the bed was looking uneven like it was broken the tiles along the side walls of the room was chipping of the wall and just laying there loosen second room hazzard, table in the room was unstable, the floor was untidy at this point I'm contacting expedia for a immediate refund of this deception. They contacted the hotel and a staff member came to offered another room 😳 on a different floor 😳 another horror. So if you're ok with a trashy place to lay your head this works.

It was not as expected- the pics were no where near reality. The humidity damage to ceiling, walls was obvious. The bathtub was stained or just plain old dirty. The air conditioner worked great. I took a cold shower- not by choice - but it primed it so that my companion had a nice hot shower. The bed linens seemed clean. The tv did not work but we were too nervous to complain as it was late. It is a worn and dated place that needs a face lift badly. I get it is primarily a place that rowdy young beach goers stay and the price is good for that.

The only good thing about this place is location. I got there from a 6 ride on my motorcycle I wanted to take a shower there were no towels. I got there around 4 the front desk person said I had to wait til around 7-7:30.

Front desk staff is rude and does not care at all. There are no towels in the room and they refuse to give you any. The room smelled like cat pee the floors were covered in sand and sticky, the walls were dirty the toilet didn't flush the bathtub had sand everywhere. The breakfast is cereal cups and instant oatmeal, nothing else.
