Adults Only Heaven at Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya All Inclusive

Chino, Joshua, Roberto, Valeria , Jazz, GG, Gabriela (Hacienda Azul Entertainment Team) were excellent during our two week stay, nothing was too big of an ask, they kept us busy and entertained every single day. Always a smile on their faces, thank you!

Our stay at the Hard Rock was absolutely amazing thanks to our butlers, Diego and Naef! They went above and beyond every single day to make our trip stress-free, relaxing, and unforgettable. They were not only attentive and professional, but also incredibly personable and genuine, which made our experience even more special. Their attention to detail and exceptional service truly made us feel like VIPs. Hard Rock is lucky to have them, and we will absolutely be requesting them by name on our next trip!

Had an amazing time at the foam party! Loved doing the water aerobics with Dani girl, Hector, Dani boy, and Axel. And thank you so much Ovi for the hats!

No one from stuff knows direction, we wasted hours to find out. It's a shame

Had an amazing visit with my family to the Hard Rock Riviera Maya in Mexico. Stayed 9 nights in the Heaven side of the resort with Faro, Umo and Le Petit Cochon being the 3 restaurants we enjoyed the most. Want to say a massive shoutout to two of the members of staff who made our stay that bit more amazing. Carlos behind the bar at the Heaven pool was brilliant at serving drinks, very friendly and always made sure we got served even when the bar was at its busiest. Brau doing the entertainment at the Heaven pool was fantastic. Whether it was a pool party or blackjack later in the day, all of the activities he ran were very enjoyable. He was so fun and definitely elevated our stay greatly.

The location is so beautiful. The service is amazing!! You always see people cleaning to make sure everything even the outside is clean. Some areas get loud but from my room I heard nothing. My room had alittle problem at first but then I met this AMAZING worker named Mar and she made everything absolutely better!! She always made sure I was ok! She helped me with any problems I had big or small! And whenever she seen me she always gave the the best and warmed welcomes! MAR WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING AND YALL SHOULD GIVE HER THE BEST RAISE!

We've been coming here for over 20 years. It's our favorite vacation spot, with quailty food, entertainment and staff for adults as well as children of all ages. We've seen lots of changes but it's been consistently good. This trip we had two amazing butlers, Daniel and Emmanuel. We've known them both from the past and they are the best. They are knowledgable, kind and effective in taking care of any of our needs. Daniel has had many roles here over the years and has done them all well. So many special members of the staff but to name a few; Deily & Bonnie (La Petit) ,Jay (awaken your senses), Luna (aqua fitness), Marcoz (vaca planners), Brian (sales), Angel (UMO), Marianna (front desk). It was a wonderful time, as always.

Had an amazing time here, service was exceptional, excellent food with great choice (even in the room service menu which was included). Loved the lagoon area which was safe for kids to swim. Loads of activities including the hotel's own water park and great evening events too. Thanks for a great stay, we will definitely be back!

Had an amazing experience at Jigger and Shaker thanks to Dago. Easily one of the best bartenders I’ve come across. Every drink was perfectly balanced and you can tell he takes real pride in his craft. Super attentive, great energy, and made the whole experience memorable. If you go, definitely sit at the bar and let him take care of you.
