Bahia Principe Grand Tulum - All Inclusive

The room was amazing (two bedroom and two bathrooms), the pools were great, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the kids club was amazing! I would definitely return!

The food was not up to par, the rooms were filled with ants and the ceiling fell as I was taking a shower in the bathroom . Overall experience was 3 stars not much accommodations for my room issue .

The food quality was pretty low. It was like mall food. Food variety was pretty limited. Any indoor areas were so warm i couldnt even enjoy food much. Facilities are quite limited as well. I wont go back and wont recommend to anyone

The food at the buffet was mediocre. The “better” restaurants required a reservation but were all “booked” unless you pay an extra fee. When I checked in I was given a room with a broken door and a lock that didn’t work. I had to speak to the staff 3 times to try to fix the issue which was not adequately fixed I was then changed to a room that was not comparable. My original room had a jacuzzi tub. The new room was basic with just a shower and it smelled funny. They didn’t even offer me anything to make up for the inconvenience. I wouldn’t recommend and I wouldn’t go back.

I think it should be posted somewhere that the pool closes at 7pm that’s very early. It really caters to the children but if you didn’t bring kids I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The food at the buffet was cold often and to get a nice sit down meal you need to make reservations way in advance.
