AC barely worked in the room which was a huge minus. Additionally, we had access to other Bahia principe resorts in the same area which we were never made aware off. Resort also over charges by a ton for any excursion. I would deff recommend for all to pay for a taxi and go out and about on your own. For instance, I was being charged $169 per person for a group of 7 and the actual business while getting their via a taxi only charges $12

The room I booked had partial ocean view and I was eligible for a room upgrade, which I got but the new room had no ocean view at all. They just upgraded from 2 queen beds to 1 king bed room, which at the time of booking were of the same price. Their transportation service is terrible. Takes forever to get to room from the lobby specially in the hot and humid weather. It was also almost impossible to reserve seats at any of the restaurants, specially with a family as they had limited seats. They mentioned 3 food stations available but only "The Truck" was open.

The property did everything they could but the seaweed prevented us from swimming or going to the beach. The humidity was horrible. We sweated thru all of our clothes. No elevators. We had to walk a lot and far sometimes. The resort is huge. Amazingly staff. Very friendly & professional. We felt very well taken care of. I would definitely come back. The transportation guys could be nicer & more patient. We felted rushed & overcharged a few times. But overall such an amazing resort.

Definitely coming back, everything was great, especially the service. Food was good and amenities are great. Lots of pools and they have 2 small water parks for kids which was awesome since I traveled with kids. Right outside the resort they had an OXXO which was very convenient and cheap for everything. Good shows and entertainment was pretty good.

First time stay. 4 nights. Nice area and resort. Nice wildlife. Staff were professional. Overall good. Dining in Buffet was good - food options were generally good. Don't come to this resort expecting higher quality with a range of food options. Its overall good rating.

I liked the pools, but need more rum in the drinks

My husband have stayed here alone before and truly enjoyed it. This time we decided to take the kids and they had a blast. They loved the kids area. The staff is very attentive and the area is very clean.
