Bahia Principe Grand Tulum - All Inclusive

It’s not all-inclusive. Food is only available at the buffet & The “Truck” daily. We can only eat at the restaurant 2 time during our 5 night stay according to their policy. Must pay for the kids to play the arcade.

No good service

The hotel was well kept with nice landscaping and rooms. The hacienda and shops were nice. The resort lacks cabanas or daybeds. I also did not like the limited dinner options and the buffet was subpar. The alcohol is mediocre with better choices being a la carte. I am also use to all shows being free at an all inclusive and this wasn’t the case.

Absolutely amazing week with the family. Kids loved the multiple pool options. Water was nice and refreshing. Food options were great. Even when the restaurants were booked the front desk made sure to get us into some dining and advise on how to book future dining. Wonderful resort!

The native animals experience was unique. However, the alcohol drinks were poorly made. You can taste artificial sweeteners that altered the taste.

Property was beautiful. Rooms outdated and musty. Did not like that the air and electric turns off when you leave the room. Makes for a very unpleasant return

The room was very nasty, the floors, the shower just everything. The room never got cold from the A/C being on. There were spiders and bugs all in the room. Also there were a lot of animals walking around including raccoons that people should be warned about.

The resort was perfect. The food was fabulous. The staff were wonderful.

We stayed here late June to early July. This place is health hazard, from food to pools and amenities. Mold in the rooms, buffed food not cooked through, dirty pools, most of the restaurants at the property are closed. For the entire duration of our stay we had to eat at the buffet for breakfast and dinner. This place is infested with lemurs. Those creatures are everywhere, by the pool by the food and restaurant at the grounds. I was honestly concerned about my families health . If you want to have a memorable vacation don't go there, you will not get it there. Save your money. Shame on Expedia for giving this ghetto 8.4 score, you are supposed to be a trusted source, but the information you provide your clients with is outdated, inaccurate and misleading.
